the thing that kills me about doing these hikes is– i used to be point guard of the basketball team, safety in football, and lead-off hitting shortstop in baseball. i was fast, if not the fastest.

years of sitting on my ass blogging has done nothing for my lungs and legs. its incredible how quickly one can get out of shape. karisa however was running up the hills like no problem. impressive, but also aggravating.
