they called it a “layoff” but everyone else in my dept still has a job
and i had more seniority than all of them combined

even though i know it was an unfair termination and i will get to sue and win
im still shocked, and im sad, and i want to cry.

to everyone who i was lucky enough to work with at E!
i will miss you, i learned a lot from all of you,
and i hope that if we dont keep in touch the normal ways
you’ll pop onto the busblog from time to time
